This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Latin American Ceviche. The first step is to cut 1/4 pound fresh White Tuna into small chunks and place in a bowl with 1/4 cup fresh small Shrimp. Juice 2 Limes, and mix the time with the seafood and set in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Chop up the 1/4 Spanish Red Onion, 1 Jalapeno Pepper,1 Teaspoon Latin Sazón Spice mix, and add the 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Cilantro. Take two Martini glasses and coat with water and place in the freezer. Let the Ceviche rest in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours more and remove. Cut the 1/2 Hass Avocado and place in the Ceviche mixture. Serve your Latin American Ceviche in the frozen Martini Glass. Put on some Latin Music , pour a drink, and enjoy this Latin treat!
