2 8 oz’s of chicken breasts

4 cups of water

3 cans of 8 oz Contadina® Tomato Sauce

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 green pepper cut into quarters

2 tablespoon garlic cut fine

1 Spanish Onion cut fine

3 tablespoons of Homemade Chili Powder

pinch of salt

How To Make Homemade Mexican Enchilada Sauce

Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a stock pot and add 2 Chicken breasts. Add 3 cans of 8 oz Contadina® tomato sauce,1 tablespoon black pepper, green pepper cut into quarters, and 2 tablespoon garlic cut fine. Bring to a hard boil and add the 1 Spanish Onion cut fine,3 tablespoons of homemade chili powder and a pinch of salt. Remove the chicken and set aside. With a spider remove the green pepper, and recuse the sauce by half to make and cook for 45 minutes to make 2 1/2 cups of homemade Mexican Enchilada Sauce.
