I was thinking what recipe I could make that would make the perfect salad recipe. Well Best Mediterranean Salad Recipe is The Bald Chef’s recipe for a Mediterranean Salad with a twist; I dressed this salad with an Asian inspired soy salad dressing. The result was outstanding.

  • 1 cup of Radicchio Lettuce
  • 1 Hass Avocado
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato
  • 1/2 small Spanish Onion
  • 12 Greek Olives
  • 12 Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Top with some slices of the Hass Avocado, Heirloom Tomato, and Spanish Onion. Then top the salad with a few Greek Olives, and Marinated Artichoke Hearts. Mix some soy sauce, crushed ginger, and Extra Virgin olive oil with a little bit of Balsamic Vinegar. Finish with a few rounds of fresh cracked black pepper and enjoy!
