When the Pork Chops are fully cooked remove them from the hot oil. After the Pork Chops have beem removed add 1/2 Stick Butter to your Fry Pan and 1/8 cup of Flour and make a Roux. Add the 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic,8 oz Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced, 1 White Onion sliced, 5 Rounds Black Pepper, and salt to taste. Deglaze the pan with 1/2 Cup Red or Port Wine. Stir the sauce on medium heat until the Mushroom and onions are cooked, then add the 1/8 cup of Cream, and the 1/8 cup of Cream.
