Cooking Instructions For Cooking Seafood Stew
Start out by washing and cleaning the Clams and Shrimp. In a boiling pot of 3 cups of Water Add the 24 Little Neck Clams unil there about open, then add the Pound of cut up Cod or other White Fish, and Pound of cut up Cod or other White Fish. Do not over cook the Seafood, this part of the recipe is just to make the Seafood Stock. Remove the Shellfish from the boiling water and set a side. In your Stock Pot full of the Seafood Stock add the 1 Medium Red Onion chopped fine , Bay leaf, 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic 1 tablespoon sea salt, and the 1/2 Tablespoons Black Pepper. Add the 1 Potato cubed, and 1 Stock of Celery cut up fine, cook for 10 min. Add the 1 Carrot cut fine, and bring to a boil for 5 more minutes. In a Fry Pan add 5 Tablespoons Virgin Olive Oil and bring to heat add the 1/2 cup of Flour and cook to make a light roux. Add the roux to the boiling Seafood AStock to thicken it up. Return all the Shellfish less the clam shells to the Stew. cook for 5 more minutes to infuse the flavors into your recipe. The final step in making Seafood Stew Soup is to add 2 tablespoons fresh cut parsley and serve. This is a light Seafood Stew and it tastes great.

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for all American Beef stew. Start out by by cutting 2 pounds of Beef Chuck Roast into 1″ cubes. Coat your cut up Beef with flour. Take a large stock pot and add 3 Tablespoons cooking oiland bring the oil up to high heat. Brown the Beef in the hot oil to sear in the juices. Affter the Beef is browned of remove it from the stock pot. Add to the remaining oil in your stock pot1 chopped White Onion, 3 cloves of chopped Garlic and 1 Stock of Chopped Celery.Deglaze your stock pot with 1 Cup of Red Wine, and cook the vegetables until tender. Add 2 fresh Bay Leafs, 2 Fresh sprigs of Thyme, and 7 oz can of Tomato Paste. Stir the ingredinces around and add 5 rounds of Cracked Blck Pepper, then return the browned off Beef Stew Meat to the stock pot. Add 32 oz of Beef Stock and stir the ingredinces thoroughly. Then cook low and slow for about 2 hours. Remove the Bay Leafs, and sprigs of Thyme. Add the 1 chopped Carrot, and the 2 pealed cut White Potatoes, bring the Stew upto a boil and cook for about 10 more minutes until the Potatoes are tender.
