Ingredients For Chicken Artichoke Recipe

These are the ingredients you will need to cook the Bald Chef’s Chicken Artichoke recipe:

  • 1 pound of Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 Tablespoons Marcella Wine
  • 1 cup of grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 6 oz. of half and half
  • 10 rounds of Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt
  • 14 oz. can of Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • Cooked White Rice

Cooking Instructions For Chicken Artichoke Recipe

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Chicken Artichoke. Cut up your 1 pound of Chicken Breast and marinate the chicken in 2 Tablespoons Marcella Wine and 1 1/2 Tablespoons corn starch for 1/2 hour. In a fry pan add on high heat add 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil,1 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic, and your marinated chicken. stir fry the chicken until done and remove from the stove. Slice your 1 Red Bell Pepper, and add to the fry pan and cook until tender adding a tease of Marcella Wine, remove from the stove. Clean your fry pan and on low heat add the 6 oz. of half and half, and the 1 cup of grated Monterey Jack Cheese. Cook the Cheese sauce until the cheese is melted. Add 14 oz. can of Artichoke Hearts, 10 rounds of Cracked Black Pepper,1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt, and 1 Teaspoon Paprika. Cook for 5 minutes and add the chicken and Red Bell Pepper. Serve the Chicken Artichoke and Cheese Sauce on White Rice.
