These are the ingredients you will need to make Fried Mexican Cheesecake Recipe
- 8 oz. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 Mexican Flour Tortilla
- 2 cups of Cooking Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Ice Cream or Whipped Cream for a topping
Cooking Instructions For Fried Cheesecake Recipe
This is The Bald Chef’s recipe Fried Cheesecake Recipe. Mix 8 oz. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 Tablespoon Vanilla with a hand held mixer. Mix the ingredients until they are smooth and lump free. Take 1 Mexican Flour Tortilla and spoon in 1/3 of the filling. Rap the Tortilla tight and place in a pan with 2 cups of Cooking Oil on med-high heat. Fry the Cheesecake until golden brown, remove from the oil and place on paper towels. Roll the Fried Cheesecake in 3 tablespoons of sugar mixed with 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon. Place in a cool spot for about a hour to let the Cheesecake filling set. Cut the Fried Cheesecake on a diagonal and serve with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream.
