This is The Bald Chef’s recipe Teriyaki Sauce. Chop and mash the 1 oz Fresh Ginger, and 5 Cloves Garlic into a paste. On high heat place a Sauce Pan on the stove and bring to heat. Add the 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seed Oil, and the Garlic – Ginger paste and fry for a min. to release so of the flavor into the oil. Add the 5 oz Soy Sauce,2 Tablespoons Mirin Cooking Wine,2 Tablespoons Sake , and the 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar bring the mixtur to a boil for 5 minutes and add 2 Tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seeds to the sauce. Set aside and let the homemade Teriyaki Sauce cool.Add the 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seed Oil, and the Garlic – Ginger paste and fry for a min. to release so of the flavor into the oil.
