When eating Korean food it is most often eaten with Korea soju, Soju is the best known rice and sweet potato alcohol wine from Korea.

Traditionally, Banchan 반찬 are little side foods served with the the main course be it Korean soup, barbecued meats, seafood, or fish.Banchan 반찬 can be Kimchi, Jap Chae (잡채), Kong-na-mul Seasoned Soybean Sprouts 콩나물, Doo-boo Jo-rim Braised Tofu 두부조림, and Kkak-du-gi Diced Radish Kimchi 깍두기. These are just some of what I call free food, served with the Korean main dish.
