- 3/4 oz. Light Rum
- 1 oz Captain Morgan Rum
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 4 oz Sprite
- Bar Spoon of Grenadine

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for the Shark Bite Cocktail. In a Boston Tin add 3/4 oz. Light Rum, 1 oz Captain Morgan Rum,1/2 oz. Blue Curacao shake up the liquors pop the top and add 4 oz Sprite. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the Shark Bite mixture onto the ice, splash on a Bar Spoon of Grenadine.
