Soak 1 Pound of sliced chicken breasts in 1 cup Buttermilk overnight. Add the 1 cup of oil to a frying pan. Mix the 1/2 cup flour, 1 tablespoon of sea salt1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Dip the chicken into the seasoned flour mixture, and set on a plate. Bring your one cup of oil to med-high heat. Lay the floured Chicken strips into the hot oil.
