The Bald Chef has been to 26 sub-Saharan African countries. I’ve spent time in East Africa and countries like Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Mozambique. In addition I’ve been to West African countries, that include Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, to name a few. This experiences has given me some true insight of the food that is eaten in Africa. Most of the places that I went I was typically out in the field and not in big cities. But I did have a chance to experience some of the great food recipes of Africa.
