  • 1 box of Dried Rigatoni Noodles
  • 2 tabblespoons extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
  • 1 Green Peppers sliced thin
  • 1 Tabelspoons crushed Italian Red Peppers
  • 1 Spanish Onion Cut thin
  • 1 pound of Link Italian Hot Link Sausage
  • 5 tablespoons of Pesto Sauce
  • 3 Tabelspoons of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • 28 oz of crushed Italian Plum Tomatoes

Cooking Instructions For Italian Sausage and Peppers on Rigatoni

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe Italian Sausage and Peppers on Rigatoni. Start out by cooking the Dried Box of Rigatoni in 6 cups of water for about 12 minutes until the pasta is Al dente. Drain the Rigatoni over cold water and set a side. In a Stock pot boil the 1 pound of Link Italian Hot Sausage for one hour on medium heat. Remove the Link Italian Hot Sausage and cut into 1 inch slices. Clean the stock pot and add 2 tabblespoons extra Virgin Olive Oil bring to heat and add 5 Cloves of Crushed Garlic. Add the 28 oz of crushed Italian Plum Tomatoes along with the 1 Spanish Onion Cut thin, 1 Green Peppers sliced thin, and the 1 Tabelspoons crushed Italian Red Peppers. Place the cut Italian Hot Sausage into the pot along with 5 tablespoons of Pesto sauce. Cook the sauce for 25 minutes. Plate the Rigatoni Noodles and top with the Italian Sausage, Green Pepper, Onion, Spicy Tomato Sauce. Crown your Italian Sausage and Peppers on Rigatoni with Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.
