Cooking Instructions For Singapore Rice Noodles

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Singapore Rice Noodles. Start out by bringing to a boil 3 1/2 cups water in a Wok. Add 8 oz thin Dried Rice Noodles to the boiling water and cook per instuctions. After cooking the Dried Rice Noodles strain the water of the noodles and run under cold water. Clean your Wok and bring to high heat add 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil, and 1 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, stir fry until the oil is infused with the Ginger . Next, add the 10 thin sliced Snow Peas, 1 julienned Carrot, and the 1 cut Green Onion. Stir in the 3 Tablespoons Chinese Rice Wine, 1 1/2 Tabelspoons Yellow Curry Powder, and add the 1 1/2 Tabelspoons 3 Crab Brand Fish Sauce. Add the 3/4 Pounds White 50 count Shrimp, and 5 oz Chinese Red Pork. Stir fry the mixture until the Shrimp is cooked, and then add the cooked Rice Noodles. Completely mix all ingredients and serve
