Cooking Instructions For Spanish Seafood Paella

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Spanish Seafood Paella. The first step in making this recipe for Paella de Marisco is to make the sea food stock. Start out with 3 cups of water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. When the water is boiling add the Clams first, and then the shrimp boil the seafood for two or three minutes, and remove the shellfish. Continue boiling the water and add 1 teaspoon of Spanish Saffron. Reduce the seafood stock until you have 1 ½ cups with any residual sand recovered from the stock. In a large fry pan add 1 oz of extra virgin Olive Oil bring to heat and add your 1 Red Bell Pepper Cut up, 1 teaspoons of Saffron, 1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika, 1 Plum Tomato cut up, and your 2 Tablespoons of fresh crushed Garlic. Cook these ingredients until the water has been sweated out and your vegetables are cooked. And the 1 cup of Spanish Rice and the 1 1/2 cups seafood stock and stir the mixture until all the ingredients are toughly mixed. After the rice has been cooking on low for 15 minutes , take the2 live lobster and cut the claws of and split the tails and add it to the cooking rice for 10 minutes. Remove the lobster and add the 1/4 cup frozen green peas to the rice mixture and give it a stir. Place the Lobster tails and claws onto the rice. Add the par boiled shrimp , 1/4 cup of fresh washed Squid, clams and let the mixture cook for about 7 more minutes. The Spanish Seafood Paella is now ready to plate!
