Cooking Instructions For Chinese Hot And Sour Soup Recipe

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe Chinese Hot And Sour Soup. Take 1/2 pound lean Pork and cut it into thin strip and place the cut pork into a small mixing bowl. Add the 1/8 cup of Chinese Soy Sauce and let these ingredients marinate for 20 minutes. Put your Wok on high and add the 2 tablespoons Sesame oil, when the oil is hot add the 1 Tablespoon fresh garlic, and marinated pork. Stir fry until the pork is almost cooked. Add the 3 1/2 cups of boxed chicken stock, 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, 3 ozs Bamboo Shoots, 3 tablespoons Szechuan Pepper Sauce, , and the 1 oz Wood Ear Fungus and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Add the 5 oz Bean Curd Tofu cut into thin slices, and 4 oz Rice Wine Vinegar, bring back to a slow boil. Beat the egg, and slowly pour the egg into the soup. Mix 1/2 cup water with 3 tablespoons Corn Starch, and slowly pour into the boiling soup. Serve your Chinese Hot and Sour Soup in a bowl and garnish with sliced Green Onion.
