- 10 oz Kobe Or Wagyu Beef
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 Tablespoons Xo Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice wine
- 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
- 3 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1/8 Cup sliced Red Bell Pepper
- 1/8 Cup Snow Peas
- 1/8 Cup water
- 1/2 Tablespoon Corn Starch

Prepare the Kobe – Wagyu beef by bringing it to room temperature and slicing the beef into thin strips. Wash and cut as necessary the 3 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, 1/8 Cup sliced Red Bell Pepper, and the 1/8 Cup Snow Peas. Place your Wok on the stove at high and add the 2 Tablespoons cooking oil. Add the 10 oz Kobe or Wagyu Beef and stir fry until it is medium rare, and add the 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic, remove the beef from the wok with a spider. Clean the wok and add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the 3 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, 1/8 Cup sliced Red Bell Pepper, 1/8 Cup Snow Peas, and blanch for 1 minute.
